All, Please find the November, December and January minutes attached to this email. Moving forward (completely my fault this time) the minutes will be circulated by close of business the first Friday following our meeting. Our feeling with minutes is that a timely release will help us follow-up on action items, allow Board members who are not in attendance the ability to stay current on relevant issues (if they so choose) and perhaps most importantly to serve as a record for our meetings. Jessica created a Google Documents account where our minutes will be held. She will follow-up via email on how to access these files. Finally, at our next Board meeting we can address how (or if) we will grant member access to these documents. If you have specific questions please feel free to follow-up with me directly.
