Ben Oliner

Ben is the Assistant Athletics Director and Co-Director of Squash at Poly Prep. Ben played squash at Brown University where he played #1 all four years, was a two-time captain, and an All-American.

After college, he played professionally for three years on the PSA tour, while also coaching at the college level (Assistant at Vassar College) as well as prominent junior programs in Greenwich and New York (The Walker Way and the Heights Casino). Ben is the Assistant Athletics Director and Co-Director of Squash at Poly Prep. Ben played squash at Brown University where he played #1 all four years, was a two-time captain, and an All-American.

After college, he played professionally for three years on the PSA tour, while also coaching at the college level (Assistant at Vassar College) as well as prominent junior programs in Greenwich and New York (The Walker Way and the Heights Casino). During this time, Ben was also the alternate to the US national team, achieving a ranking as high as #5 in the country.

Ben has also run in three half-marathons and won a race up the Empire State Building, a feat that got him attention in the NY Times and on NY 1 news. In addition to coaching the Middle School and Boys Varsity Squash teams, Ben also serves as the Assistant Varsity Cross Country coach at Poly Prep.
