Zerline Goodman

Ms. Goodman is the managing partner of the firm that she founded in 1993. Her practice concentrates on residential real estate. Ms. Goodman has extensive experience in a wide range of real estate matters including; the purchase, sale and financing of co-ops, condominiums, houses and commercial properties. Ms. Goodman’s experience extends to representation of individuals, business institutions, banks, co-op boards and condominium boards.

In addition to handling real estate matters, Ms. Goodman advises clients on trust and estate matters, partnership agreements, tenant-in-common agreements and other delicate financial and personal matters.

Ms. Goodman is a former professional squash player and winner of multiple National Championships. She was a 4 year All-American.
