Squashworldwide respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. We at Squashworldwide are your fellow players and treat your information no differently from how we treat our own. This Privacy Policy describes the ways Squashworldwide collects, stores, uses and protects your personal information. You accepted this policy when you joined Squashworldwide or registered for a Squashworldwide event or service. Squashworldwide may amend this policy at any time by posting a revised version on www.squashworldwide.com and any revisions will be effective as of the date and time of posting.

Squashworldwide periodically collects personal user information such as name, address, phone number and email addresses during the process of registering users for Squashworldwide events or the squash-related events of Squashworldwide partners. We may use this information from time to time to contact users to publicize Squashworldwide events, the squash-related events of Squashworldwide partners or to conduct market research in order to improve Squashworldwide events and services. Under no circumstances will the Squashworldwide sell, lease or otherwise share ANY personal user information with a third party. Credit card numbers are used at the Point of Sale and are not stored by Squashworldwide. Any user information collected is stored in full compliance with all applicable US federal and state regulations and Squashworldwide uses current information management safeguards to protect personal user information.

Event Return Policy

Squashworldwide tournament and event entry fees are fully refundable up to the refund date or event cutoff date. The refund date or event cutoff date is specified on the event's information page. Refunds shall be issued via the original payment method utilized. Squashworldwide can not issue a refund if a player cancels or withdraws at any time after the refund date or event cutoff date.

Photography Waiver and Release

The following applies to events run by Squashworldwide, and not those of organizers who post their events to the Squashworldwide website.  Squashworldwide may occasionally take photographs of players and attendees at its events, and publish those photographs on this website or through communication channels. Participation in any Squashworldwide event serves as your permission for Squashworldwide to use your likeness in a photograph in any and all of its publications and website without payment or any other consideration. These photographs are the property of Squashworldwide and may be edited, altered, copied, exhibited, published or distributed by Squashworldwide.
